– Two From LA Cocktail –

Ingredients

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe. No garnish.

 


Thoughts:

This rather unique drink makes interesting use of Cynar. Whilst fairly bitter and astringent, the sweetness from the Chartreuse (and the Cynar itself) keeps it grounded. Perhaps best in early fall as a rather rich drink with some sweetness to it.
